Ceramic collection #4

Handmade and hand-painted ceramic and porcelain plates and cups. All pieces were handmade in my studio in Dornbirn, and each is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece. With this collection, I worked with a mix of different clays and colors: Black and white porcelain, white clay, and speckled clay, decorating them with slip, underglazes, and sgraffito. Every piece is a unique, handmade piece of art I've held in my hands many times during the working process. 

This collection consists of plates and bowls of different sizes, and a few cups and spoons, all inspired by mythical creatures like Melusina, the two-tailed mermaid, Leda and the swan, and other fantastic creatures.
